Our goal is simple; provide excellent customer responsiveness, maintain the ability to react to short lead time sample requests, provide useful sample data and tool evaluations and most importantly, produce the best possible parts from the mold!

Using CG Plastics' Tryout Facility

what customers need to know...
  • Minimum charge covers first three hours of press time, including set-up time and labor
  • PO, mold(s), material and instructions must be at CG Plastics 24 hours in advance
  • Normal sampling hours are between 7:00AM and 5:00PM, Monday – Friday
  • Evening and weekend sampling is available and is subject to additional charges
  • Corrugated packaging is included for all samples 50 pieces or less
  • Dartpak system and all other auxiliary equipment available upon request
  • 48 hour advance notice is necessary for samples which require nitrogen gas
